Clean and Safe
Our Clients health is our top priority also we have taken special measures to keep all guests safe during and after their activity.
As we follow the recommendations of the Portuguese General Health Department, the Manual of Good Practices for Maritime Tourism companies also have the Clean & Safe certification from Turismo de Portugal.
Meticulous Cleaning – we increase the frequency of disinfecting surfaces and areas of high traffic between each tour, and the hand sanitizer will be available to all our guests. All the guest have to disinfect their hands before the tour.
Social Welfare – All guests, as needed, will wear a mask during the activity. Also, all employees use PPE as necessary.
Wellness Checks – Employees perform wellness checks to ensure they are healthy. We ask guests to voluntarily accept to take their temperature measurement as necessary. If you or someone in your group is experiencing symptoms, we will work directly with you to cancel or reschedule your tour.
